How This Started

We have some great property managers for all our clients. They’ve done an awesome job over the last number of years.

But what we are finding now is we have reached the point where we own properties in so many different states, and it all becomes something that is harder to organize and manage.

But eventually, we arrived at the thought that we could actually start our own property management company.

And so a text from a friend later, and we’re eating in an Indian restaurant, speaking to a property manager about what we both valued most.

And so once we both walked away and realized that we were so aligned on so many things in terms of values, we knew that we had something on our hands.
