What changed our perspective on problems.

So basically, just a short while back I was at one of those Russell Brunson events.

They’re so cool, it’s like hundreds of people who have all built successful companies in one room.

And they all get up to the stage and talk about what they’ve done with their business and they offer advice to other entrepreneurs.

But there was one guy that really caught my attention.

He said that at his company, whenever someone comes to you with a problem… you don’t just say thank you.

Because the other person has to articulate the problem and give three potential responses.

AND offer their recommended course of action.

That was what changed my perspective on problems.
